Job Profile for Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC) / Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA)

  • You are required to complete the clerical work along with the maintenance of workflow in the office. 
  • The mails have to be registered timely.
  • Managing the files throughout the hierarchy of the office. 
  • The updates and other data have to be entered onto the computer. 
  • Furthermore, they are responsible for indexing and maintaining the File Registers.

SSC CGL Post-Wise Job Profile

  • Assistant Audit Officer: Needs to assist audits in government or public sector organizations. They need to travel during an inspection.
  • Assistant Accounts Officer: Work includes processing, data entry, and recording transactions. Assisting with audits and fact-checking.
  • Assistant Section Officer: It is the lowest post in the Central Secretariat Services. It is a desk job.
  • Assistant: He handles different clerical responsibilities in various departments. Compiling the reports, files and also keeping track of all the ongoing cases.

SSC JE Job Profile

  • Lead the team: The Government usually comes up with new schemes to be implemented on a regular basis. A JE executes everything that needs to be done with the help of the team.
  • Supervising the work: The SSC Junior Engineer has to supervise the work on the site. More specifically, they have to work on government projects and make sure that the work is done properly.
  • Planning & Execution: All work-related planning is done by the Junior Engineer along with the technique to be implemented in the project.
